Corporation & Governors

The Grimsby Institute was incorporated in 1994 and is controlled by a Corporation Board. The Corporation Board has ultimate responsibility for the success of the Institute and is supported by the Institute’s Senior Management Team.

Policy, quality, financial probity and monitoring are the business of the Corporation and strategy leadership and management are the business of the Principal and Management Team. However, the Corporation Board and Principal are a team and need to support each other and work closely together.
